Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. The Scrum Master will work with the development team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software development projects, while also ensuring stakeholder and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sprint Planning and User Stories skills Strong Analytical Skills and experience working in Agile environments Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills Experience in Software Development and Testing Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and related tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred Experience in leading distributed or remote teams is a plus Exp: 4+Job tags
