Strong understanding of wireless/baseband signal processing concepts.2. Previous experience with at least one OFDM-based commercial wireless technology (e.G., WiMAX, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, LTE, 5G).3. Proficient in 4G/5G Layer-1 development and 3GPP specifications.4. Hands-on expertise in 4G/5G Layer-1 development on a GPP or DSP; experience with Intel FlexRAN is preferred.5. Familiarity with L-PHY and radio fundamentals.6. Experience with test equipment such as VSA and VSG.7. Ability to analyze issues during radio integration.8. Excellent communication skills.
