Job Title: Operations Associate Experience: Freshers (0-6 monthly)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are eager to kick-start their career in operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting data management and operations activities within the organization will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the efficiency of our operations.

Accurately input and maintain records in databases. Ensure data integrity through regular quality checks. Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather and provide information. Assist in responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Provide support to the customer service team as needed. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues. Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required to support day-to-day operations. Assist in the processing of customer orders. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
