Qualification: Diploma/ITI -Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering
Industry Ba ckground: Service Background in Backhoe Loader, Hydra Cranes, Tippers, Heavy Equipment, , Wheel Loaders Etc..
Production & Brand to be handled:
1. Palfinger Knuckle Boom Cranes & Aerial Platforms
2. JCB Access Eqpt. (Scissor Lift & Aerial Work Platform)
3. Manitou Telehandler / Skid Steer / Aerial Platform
Skills:
() Should be well versed with service report writing, reading parts catalogue, preparing parts recommendations.
() Should be willing to travel extensively at various sites.
() Knowledge of all Kind of Tools and working.
() Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and electrical circuit diagram.
() Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
() Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Responsibilities:
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Palfinger
Cranes and Manitou Telehandlers, JCB Access Equipments
Conduct repairs and parts replacements, adhering to manufacturer
guidelines and safety protocols.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients and operators to
maximize crane performance, including on-site support and remote
troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities, including
service reports, parts usage, and equipment history.
Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and
providing excellent customer service, and acting as a trusted advisor for
crane-related issues.
