You will be working with an exceptionally talented team with years of experience in product design, engineering, operations, and marketing. You would be operating in a start-up environment. This means 'rolling up your sleeves' and diving deep into the details with an eager willingness to create and execute, taking complete ownership of work and stretching oneself and, over a period, building and leading a growing team. We are looking for a bright and exceptional Flutter Developer based out of Hyderabad. What you'll do day-to-day :- Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.- Develop user interface components and implement them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.- Communicate with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.- Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.Who were looking for :-3-6 years of experience in the development of Android/iOS applications and deployment on Google Play / App Store- A degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development from a good institution is a must.- Experience with Dart/JAVA programming language- Knowledge of mobile app architectures, latest mobile app trends, standards, and best practices- Experience with third-party libraries, API integration, and integration with payment gateways.- Solid knowledge in building and deploying moderate to complex Flutter applications- Experience working with version control, e.g., Git, for managing and collaborating in a project- Experience in translating designs and wireframe into high-quality responsive UI code- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycleThe best-fit candidate will have the following traits :- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that provides a steep learning curve and lots of opportunities to grow and learn- Demonstrate resilience in an environment of ambiguity, go above and beyond the call of duty to grow and leave an impact, and come up with innovative and out-of-the-box ideas and solutions- Possess high integrity, capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters- Understand not just the why but also the how, and combine this knowledge with strong business acumen to create new processes geared towards the fast-paced world of fintech- Possess great communication and interpersonal skills and get along with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work gets done We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
