Job Overview
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering various technical projects and programs. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and it is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in technical program management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks
- Experience with ITIL and IT infrastructure management
- Proficiency in Python, Linux, and Java
- Familiarity with RDBMS and data migration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certifications in project management or technical fields are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of technical projects and programs from initiation to completion
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Track and report project progress, status, and metrics
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Coach and mentor team members
