Job Position: Manager - Training Operations
Nature of Job: Work from Colleges & Work from Office Location: (Coimbatore, Chennai) Salary Salary (Experienced): Fixed: Upto 3 - 4 Lakhs per annum Incentive: + 1% incentive on total revenue of Projects Managed Salary (Fresher): During Internship Period Business Development Executive - Rs.2,40,000 CTC. (Rs.1,80,000 Fixed) Incentive: + 1% incentive on total revenue of Projects Managed After Internship Period Business Development Head - Rs.3,60,000 CTC. Responsibilities: 1) Work with Educational Institutions and execute the Training Programs. 2) Managing the workload of trainers and streamlining the training operations. 3) Effectively communicate with colleges, trainers and management 4) Ensure resource availability and allocation 5) Coordinate internal trainers and freelance trainers for the flawless execution of training programs 6) Ensure that all training programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. 7) Report and escalate to management as needed 8) Create and maintain comprehensive training program documentations.Job tags
