Role: Contract and compliance manager (managed services engagements)
Location: Hyderabad
Hybrid Mode Position Exp: 58 years
Responsibilities:
Your role will involve:
- Assisting in the implementation of the Contract and Compliance program to ensure adherence to operational contractual obligations postsignature including support for ongoing risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with Operate QRM leadership engagement leaders and other internal groups to develop and enhance methods templates and tools for executing postsignature contract compliance initiatives.
- Advocating for and facilitating the adoption of an execution model for postsignature operations risk activities among various stakeholder groups.
- Engaging with business leadership and Risk Managers to review contractual obligations offering guidance on risk mitigation strategies and assisting in resolution efforts for contractual matters.
- Conducting thorough research on tiered contracts analyzing potential resolution options and preparing draft communications to support Deloitte Advisory s positions.
- Generating regular reports trends and analytics to monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Enhancing the postsignature operations risk support model approach and tools to optimize compliance with contractual requirements.
- Conducting contract review sessions to extract lessons learned and promote informationsharing to enhance future contract negotiations and outcomes.
- Supporting the technology platform (ServiceNow GRC) and collaborating with platform technology teams to implement the technology roadmap for the Advisory Operate Contract and Compliance program.
- Providing innovative solutions to create customized risk mitigation plans tailored to business requirements.
Requirements
Required:
58 years of experience in contract management negotiation and/or risk management with expertise in complex IT SOW negotiations technology licensing global contracting and subcontracting.
3 years of consulting experience focused on complex IT services contracting.
Strong communication skills both oral and written with the ability to negotiate contractual provisions addressing business issues effectively.
Education: Law/paralegal degree or MBA.
Preferred:
Experience with technology platforms such as ServiceNow GRC for managing contract obligation tracking processes.
Familiarity with contractual risk assessment related to IT and assetbased professional services or Operatespecific contract terms.
Direct clientfacing experience in commercial contracting across multiple industries.
Resultsoriented with the ability to adapt to urgency.
Strong negotiation skills applicable in both internal and external contexts.
Successful track record in Risk and Contract Management or client service delivery specific to complex IT services.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced multitasking environment.
