Fulltime Job Responsibilities - Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Implementation partners and Prime Vendors.
- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites.
- Sourcing from Job Portals, Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
- Updated progress report to management every week.
- Good English & Communication Skills is a must.
- Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a high-pressure job.
- Experience working with direct clients on W2 roles.
- VMS/MSP Knowledge.
- To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
- Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to proactively discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, and future requirements, and create a funnel of potential candidates.
Desired Skills - The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
- Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
- Candidate must clearly understand benefits, compensation, Canadian Visa/ employment types, and tax terms.
