CyberArk is looking for a Team Lead GTM Operations to support our next phase of growth as the leader in Identity Security
As a valued member of the global Revenue Operations team, you'll work to execute core business processes and help optimize our operations, processes, and systems across the customer lifecycle
you'll provide front-line support to the Sales, Channels, Renewals, and Marketing teams across activities such as account and contact data management, territory management, and other critical activities
You will also execute core business processes such as license delivery and user access management
You will partner cross-functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders, all with a common goal of efficiently scaling our operations
The Team Lead GTM Operations will report to the Revenue Operations Core Services Senior Manager in the growing Global Revenue Operations team, supporting all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams (Marketing, Sales, Channels, Renewals, and Customer Success)
Responsibilities:
Perform defined business process activities in key go-to-market applications
Lead, supervise, and support team members to ensure the successful execution of tasks and projects.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and high performance.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks by monitoring progress and providing necessary support.
Conduct regular performance assessments for team members.
Surface potential process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Execute data hygiene activities across multiple areas such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Renewals
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, assess data completeness, and manage bulk data cleanup and reassignment within marketing automation and CRM platforms
Work on account and opportunity management by reviewing account approvals, updating account hierarchy and territory models
Support initiatives related to data integrity for operational or strategic projects
Scope current/future requirements, conduct diagnostic, and implement data fixes, and establish monitoring and governance in adherence to standards and processes
Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 8 to 12 years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, or Finance
Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes and tools/technologies, including SFDC, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms
Prior experience in SaaS/Subscription recurring revenue model is preferred
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to thrive in an open-ended, cross-functional role, work in a dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and be challenged
Team player with ability to work with peers and stakeholders across global departments
