Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kharadi, Pune. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and HR management.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months Experience in HR management and HR operations from market research domain
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
