Responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented;
Shall have knowledge of Complying with FEMA and other laws and regulations as applicable to the Company;
Advise corporate secretarial procedures and monitor the Board and Key Managerial Personnel on compliances and good governance practices under applicable statutes;
Management of activities relating to Investors/stakeholders
Any other role assigned by the senior management.

Good oral and written communication skills;
Command over MS office packages.
