Profile • 10+ years overall experience • 5 + years of training experience in L&D • 3 + years in Sales Training /Coaching • Experience in Telecom & Enterprise solutions • Experience in cloud services (preferred)
Key Performance Indicators Conduct enablement sessions with audience on F2F and virtual modes Accompany the learners in real business situations to evaluate and record the capability levels Do root cause analysis for the gaps identified In discussion with the Regional Lead Trainer prepare a schedule for coaching for the month Prepare relevant action plans for each learner who is being coached Drive course completion over the learning platform Update the Digital coaching Diary and maintain regular coaching records of each coachee Share reports and dashboards of progress made Locations - *Ahmedabad, Hyderabad * Mandatory Training/Coaching experience for Products- Broadband, DTH , Internet Leaseline, MPLS, etc If you are interested or have any references, please share the profile at [email protected] Thanks and Regards ShristiJob tags
