Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Lead Height located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information and closing sales deals. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for customer support, training and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Experience in Customer Support and Training
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in telesales or sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or any relevant field
