Corporate Accounting team is a key part of Oracle's World Class Finance organization. This progressive and innovative team comprises a dynamic group of approximately 30 financial professionals responsible for Oracle's US GAAP external reporting, M&A, Treasury, Fiscal Recharge, and OFD, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Oracle Financing Division (OFD) offers financial solutions to customers globally to deliver innovation in the right way, at the right time.
The Senior Accountant for OFD will support the Financial Controllers for OFD and act as a liaison between Oracle Corporation (Oracle), the legal entities of Oracle in worldwide, and OFD.
Specific areas of responsibility will include supporting financial controllership of OFD operations such as performing and reviewing reconciliation of OFD accounts, deal entries and OFD financing receivables, the financial reporting of OFD operations (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in accordance with US GAAP, supporting the analysis and interpretation of financial results of OFD operation and presentation to senior management and auditors.
The Senior Accountant will work very closely with Middle Management and will collaborate with OFD operation's team working in cross-functional relationships with Oracle's Finance organizations - Global Controller Organization, Technical Accounting, External Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Global Business Finance and Legal organizations.
