Job description

We are hiring for Business development officer in Dubai

1. 3+ year experience in Business development officer
2. Dubai driving license preferable
3. Salary negotiable + incentive and accommodation
4. Any degree

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training and Development of Personnel and Management (Must have
experience training management)
2. Implement company culture, values and policies
3. Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
4. Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
5. Advocate for employee retention and development
6. Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
7. Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
