Position Overview: As a Senior Application Specialist at Medbionix, you will play a key role in customer acquisition , supporting surgeries, providing training to clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be a crucial link between our cutting-edge products and our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Support:
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients on the effective use of our implants, ensuring proficiency among end-users.
- Offer ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Pre-sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Participate in client meetings to address technical queries and contribute to the successful acquisition of new business.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Indius Medical Technologies products staying updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including salesand marketing to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Document and communicate client feedback to internal teams, contributing to the improvement of products and services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Gather insights from client interactions to identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional services.
- Travel:
- Travel to client locations, as required, for on-site support, training sessions, and project implementations.
- Medical Knowledge:
- Possess a strong understanding of human anatomy, especially in the context of the spine.
- Interpret CT and MRI images of patients to effectively communicate product benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in support - spine products within the Kerala market.
- Any graduate with equivalent experience within the domain can apply.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven record of successful selling of similar products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills ,ability to work independently, and a team player attitude.
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Enthusiastic candidate with a background in spine-related experience are encouraged to apply.
