About the role

As a Sr, HR Generalist , you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. You will promote a high-performance environment, accelerate leadership effectiveness, talent development, and staffing, optimize total rewards and employee engagement, and promote a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model
• Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
• Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives
• Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matter

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
• Experience in supporting a regional model
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
• Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
