Responsibilities and Duties
- Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
- Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.
- Attending walk-in customers.
- Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assisting management in marketing activities for lead generation.
- Regularly updating and enhancing their skills and market knowledge by doing regular market research.
- Coordinating with customer and post-sales team.
- Conversion of leads to prospects.
Requirements Proven working experience as a Real Estate Salesperson.
Proven track of successful sales record .
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills .
Strong sales negotiation and communication skills .
Pleasant and trustworthy .
Eligibility Criteria Qualification :- MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's Degree .
Experience :- 1 to 5 years of Real Estate Industry .
