Job Overview
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Direct and international tax
functions across the organization's diverse Global operations and supporting the organization's long
term financial goals This role involves ensuring compliance with tax regulations, formulating tax
strategies to optimize the company's tax position including offering structuring solutions and managing
tax risks efficiently

Reporting Structure
The position will report to the CFO of Piramal Pharma Limited

Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in Direct and international taxation
Competencies
- In depth knowledge of domestic and international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, transfer pricing regulations, cross border transactions, international tax regimes, treaties, and accounting principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions and to articulate tax strategies and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience in implementing tax technology solutions and leveraging data analytics for tax planning and compliance
