Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at CorrectVision Consultant in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting prospective candidates for various job openings across different sectors. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, and on-boarding new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience of 06 - 5 years.
- Recruiting Candidates In All Over India For MNC Companies In Different Field Like FMCG,
- Information Technology ,Power Transmission Industries, Steel Industries & Consumer Durable.
- Sourcing The Relevant Profiles Through Job Portals, Linked In & Reference Etc. In Stipulated Time Frame.
- Interacting With Clients For Understanding The Varied Open Positions. Screening Candidates From The Job Portals.
- Posting Ads On Job Portals.
- Contact Eligible Candidates For Interviews & Follow Ups.
- Taking Initial Interviews Of Candidates And Screen Them Before Sending To Clients.
- Scheduling Interviews Of Candidate With Client.
- Responsible For The Entire Recruitment Cycle. Handling The Team.
- Handling End-To-End Recruitment Process For Senior And Middle Management Level.
- Maintaining A Strong Database For The Organization.
- Making Daily, Weekly, And Monthly MIS Reports.
- Manage Team Of Consultants For The Various Positions Within The Stipulated Time-frame.
- Preparing Relevant Offer Documents And Processing The Same For Offer Roll Out.
- Responsible For Pre - Employment Verification.
- Helping Clients In The Non-IT And IT Sectors Finding The Best Resource Available In The Market To Meet Their Needs.
- Information Technology (IT): Product-Based And Service-Based IT Organizations For
- PAN India.
Non-IT Industries Include FMCG, FMCD, Chemical, Pharma, Building Materials, Ceramic & Sanitary-Ware, Packaging & Containers, Oil & Gas, EPC, Automobile,Manufacturing, Etc.
