Job Description:

A Agency Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the financial services sector, overseeing and managing the sales team responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through banking partnerships.

Role and Responsibilities:

- In charge of maintaining communication with the bank, working together, and delivering business strategies.

- Use reviews and trends to find sales opportunities, then provide business solutions.

- Establish and preserve positive relationships with the branches and regional manager of the bank.

- Handle assigned staff members with effectiveness in order to guarantee that the designated Bank branch's area production objective is met.

- Assure the sakes team receives the training, and work along with the operations team.

- Send in regular reports to the appropriate parties and the head of bancassurance.

Qualifications and Educations Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Minimum 2 years Work experiences in banking industry specializing in Sales area.

- Strong in sales leader with the proven record.

- Must be a local candidate

- Age range: 22 to 38 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 250,000.00 - 290,000.00 per year
