Job description
Key Responsibilities -
- Contacting potential or existing customers to pitch them. - Calling fresh, churned, and cold leads to convert them into sales, collection of down payments, sales logging & system updating. - Ensure minimum EMIs are collected as per the payment plan sold to the customer. - Drive monthly unit and revenue targets. - Attend mandatory daily new calls, meet the connected calls requirement, and follow up cases. - Handling and addressing customer escalations (if any). - Pitching to existing customers to upgrade to a higher tenure membership, generating referrals & closing sales.Job tags
