Senior Bench Sales Recruiter position
Vityou, Inc. end-to-end IT services company guiding clients on their digital transformation journeys, multiply their capabilities, and help them harness the power of innovation to thrive on change. Vityou Inc businesses in Software Development, Technology Consulting & Implementation, and IT Staffing. We have an urgent requirement for 10 experienced IT Bench Sales Recruiters / IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
Requirement:
• Minimum 3-15 years of experience in IT Bench Sales & Recruitment is required
• Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants for Business Analyst / Quality Analyst / Project Manager / Business Data Analyst positions (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen)
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month – MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview)
• Must have 10/10 Comm.
• Must have strong US vendor relations (at least 10) – Prime Vendor or Direct Client Only (NO Layers)
• Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. Experience on Ceipal Workforce and ATS is a benefit.
• Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews.
• Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.
• Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.
• Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
• Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.
• Should be able to source requirements for consultants through job boards like Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn & other social networks.
• Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment, Experience with Ceipal Workforce and ATS would be an added advantage.
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them to team leads
• Previous experience with TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, UST Global, HCL America preferred
• MUST have Friendly & Team-player attitude
Salary: ₹9,676.00 - ₹93,346.00 per month
