Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Executive in the hotel industry, located in Mumbai. The HR Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, conducting interviews, candidate screening, and applicant tracking. Further responsibilities include communicating and negotiating job offers, and overseeing the onboarding process. They will also be responsible for human resource processes and initiatives within the company, such as performance management and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Managment or related field
• Minimum2-4 years of experience in an HR role in the hospitality industry
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of various HR tools and technologies, such as IDS and ATS
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
