We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner II (HRBP II) to join our Global People & Places team in Trivandrum, reporting to the associate manager of HRBPs.In this role, you will translate business objectives into effective and reasonable organizational solutions and assist in the alignment of the organization toward the business strategy plan, to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time. You will also assess our organizational needs and drive comprehensive solutions in areas such as employee performance, communication, training, and retention.

What you'll do:
- Engage in proactive and tactical consultation with both employees and managers to identify, address, and resolve root causes of HR issues
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, such as performance reviews, merit, workforce planning, and organizational changes
- Partner with other HR professionals to develop, assess, facilitate, and/or lead organizational development initiatives, programs, and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration for local HR initiatives and global projects assigned from start to finish, including owning one or more of the tasks involved in the project
- Partner with the L&D team to conduct training courses for onsite local business groups and provide support for corporate-wide management courses as requested
- Analyse data pulled from multiple systems for trending, internal equity analysis, administrative organizational breakouts by functional groups, and data gathering for information
- Function as the site generalist administrator in a variety of HR activities as needed, such as performance management, interviewing, termination processing, exit interviews, and culture events
- Collaborate with the People and Places team to identify trends affecting the business and develop plans to address them, including working with local facilities to support and coordinate employee events
- Lead employees and managers in local employee relations and conflict resolution
- Serve as backup for other People & Places team members as needed
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with business group leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies
- Excellent consulting skills, including the ability to develop alternatives to meet business priorities
- A history of partnering well with senior leadership teams and partners to develop a culture of innovation, excellence, and openness
- Critical thinking and data analysis skills with success in working cross-functionally to implement solutions to business issues
- Demonstrated ability to inspire trust throughout the organization
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to also have a 'roll-up your sleeves' attitude to get the tactical tasks done
- Impeccable integrity, including sound judgment and professionalism, and a forthright approach and willingness to give and receive open and candid feedback to improve leadership and ensure business success
- Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft and Google apps, Workday knowledge a plus
- Ability to operate in a positive, helpful, and proactive manner
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business administration/human resources preferred
- SPHR or PHR certification is highly desirable

- Develop strong business relationships with the key stakeholders in Trivandrum
- Be involved in the performance review cycle process and employee engagement initiatives
After the first year, you will…
- Develop key relationships with Trivandrum employees and local HR teams
- Advise and support employees on strategic issues and help them perform well in the organization
- Plan strategic HR initiatives and support employee development activities across the Trivandrum site
- Be a part of multiple projects within People & Places
