Job description
Job Title: Architect
Experience: Overall 3 to 6 years of experience as an Architect / Interior Designer.
CTC: Upto 8 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Duties:
Technical contribution:
▪ Contribute technically on Interior Design projects by following USA / Middle East standards.
▪ Adopt Interior Design advanced concepts from time to time pertaining to both CAD and BIM with specific focus on design.
▪ Follow Constructability and Interior Design standards on the assigned projects.
▪ Deliver the projects as per client expectations on AutoCAD and Revit software.
Client Coordination:
▪ Daily / Weekly status calls with client to update the project status.
▪ Capture and analyze the client requirements directly.
▪ Deliver the projects to clients as per the schedule.
▪ Primary point of contact for all project scope related items, on the assigned projects, along with the Lead Architect.
▪ Work with client on all the technical matters from offshore, related to the assigned projects with the support from Lead Architect.
Project Delivery
▪ Work as per client expectations on the assigned projects along with the Lead Architect.
QC
▪ Follow project QC checklist across the assigned projects.
▪ Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the assigned projects.
Time/Effort
▪ Maintain and track time sheets of the assigned projects.
▪ Report the effort spent to clients of the assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
▪ This role will have no Architects reporting directly.
▪ Responsible for overall performance of the assigned projects.
▪ Overall quality of deliverables to the clients, on the assigned projects.
▪ Delivery of AutoCAD and Revit projects as per clients expectations.
