Our platform allows patients to search for nearby doctors, book appointments, keep E-prescriptions, and access digital marketing services for doctors. Features of our solutions include appointment scheduling over web, phone, or in person, online consulting, a single screen e-prescription system, secured electronic records, patient history analysis, effective use of clinic coordinators' time, personal web pages for doctors, and easily accessible updates for doctors on their dashboard.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead role located in Noida. The Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems. This includes overseeing the software development lifecycle, creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working in software development
• Experience leading a team of engineers including software development and mentoring
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, Python, React and JavaScript
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
