Job description

• 1 to 3 years of experience in caretaking or related field
• Prior experience in cooking and food preparation
• Basic knowledge of security measures and protocols
• Familiarity with home care practices and requirements
• Ability to handle tasks related to single-family homes
• Experience in providing inpatient care is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills

Roles And Responsibilities
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the property
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing and painting
• Manage security and safety measures, including access control and surveillance
• Assist with guest needs and requests, providing exceptional customer service
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors and service providers
• Monitor and address any maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Prepare meals and handle cooking responsibilities as needed
• Provide support and care for residents or guests, ensuring their well-being
• Assist with administrative tasks and record keeping
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
