Mandatory To have :

1. NISM Certification
2. Team Leading Experience
3. Graduation (Post Graduation Preferred)
4. Willing to shift to Agra
5. Client Trading Experience

Place of Work- Agra

Duties and Responsibilities:

A key operations team member who would take the personalized trading experience of the client to the next level

Presently he will be heading around 30 dealers and is expected to add atleast 20 persons every year

Conduct regular seminars for client training.

Study new trading opportunities and train the client and dealers for the same

Should have capacity to solve dealers and clients problems

Responsible for client activation and for monitoring and improvising the return to clients over alpha from time to time.

Creating SOPs for different functions of Advisory
