Job description
1) Lead Team of Operations Program Mangers for Collins India Lighting business.
2) Manage the programs in serial production (Collins Management system Gate 5)
3) Ensure effective communication with program team in US and Germany.
4) Lead Improve effectiveness of Integrated program team (IPT)
5) Own delivery assurance from Bengaluru site to US and Germany sites. Support quality and cost improvement initiatives for existing programs and new transitions.
6) Set daily / weekly / monthly cadences to review customer open orders and provide reliable commitments.
7) Work as 1st escalation point for Program managers at Bengaluru, US and Germany to resolve customer delivery quality issues.
8) Drive support drop shipment initiatives to reduce lead time and cost.
9) Plan resources to support existing programs and new transitions.
10) Participate actively in SIOP (Sales inventory and Operations planning)
