InfraHire is looking for a Business Development Manager in the field of non-IT recruiting, your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and expanding our organization's presence in the non-IT recruitment market.
Responsibilities - Market Research and Analysis:
- Start by researching the non-IT job market to understand current trends, demands, and competition.
- Identify industries and sectors with a strong demand for non-IT talent, such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or retail.
- Client Identification:
- Build a list of potential clients in your target industries. These could be businesses, organizations, or government agencies.
- Segment your client list based on their specific recruitment needs and size.
- Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and networking groups to connect with potential clients and candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understanding Client Needs:
- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
- Customize recruitment solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Team Building:
- As the Business Development Manager, you may also be responsible for building and managing a team of recruiters. Hire, train, and motivate your team to achieve company goals.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Create a marketing plan to promote your recruiting services and establish your brand.
- Use both online and offline marketing tactics to reach potential clients.
- Contracts and Negotiations:
- Prepare contracts and negotiate terms with clients. Ensure that agreements are legally sound and meet the needs of both parties.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of your business development efforts, such as revenue targets, client acquisition rates, and candidate placement rates.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, especially in the sectors you serve.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve your recruitment processes to provide better service to clients and candidates.
- Seek feedback from clients and candidates to identify areas for improvement.
- Technology and Tools:
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline your processes, manage client relationships, and track candidate progress.
