Job description
Experience : 10+ Years relevant experience in areas of project execution and construction, material management,(QA/QC) And handling various project for water/wastewater/ sewage treatment of construction site work
Responsibility :
- Candidate should have an overall experience in handling all civil projects right from project appraisal, site selection & survey , work planning ,work planning,site execution,& implementation of various environment project like Common Effluent treatment plant(CEPT), Water and waste water treatment plant, sewerage treatment plants,Building, Construction of MSW & leachate treatment plant including operation and maintenance.
- Estimation and costing of projects, Bidding Work.
- Responsible for representing in techno -commercial pre-bid and bid meetings.
- Executing the overall project from its beginning up to hand to client as per given drawings, specification and program schedule.
- Responsible for leading a team for attending organisational meetings with government organisations like MIDC,MPCB,MJP,BMC,NMC,KMDA etc.
- Coordination with management and site execution staff.
- Timely Completion of projects with a healthy and safe environment.
- Liaising with clients and government officers.
- Responsibility for quantity estimation and quality control.
