We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a proven track record of driving performance metrics, and a strong analytical mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across multiple channels including search engines, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, SEM, display ads) to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovation and optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital landscape.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, landing pages, and website content to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in execution and reporting.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are desirable.
