We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Solutions Sales Specialist. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Applications market in the given geography and be adept at positioning Oracle applications effectively in the market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid background in selling Oracle Fusion solutions, showcasing expertise in Applications solutions, including HCM, CX, ERP, and EPM.
- Exhibit competence in understanding the Applications market in the designated geography, with the ability to strategically position Oracle applications against competitive products.
- Preferred experience or knowledge of selling solutions using social media platforms to reach and engage prospective clients.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills to navigate complex sales processes and secure successful deals.
- Prioritize customer focus, building and nurturing relationships with clients. Experience in selling to senior-level business owners (head of business unit) or IT Directors is a significant asset.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to work closely with prospective clients, understanding their business objectives, and crafting tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Ability to position solutions at an executive level, engaging with senior management to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Quickly develop a deep knowledge of the customer's business, enabling insightful discussions on issues from multiple perspectives.
An ideal candidate should have:
- Proven track record in selling Oracle Fusion solutions with extensive experience in Applications solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Application solutions, including HCM, CX, ERP, and EPM.
- In-depth knowledge of the Applications market in the designated geography.
- Competitive product knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media sales tactics and leveraging these platforms for solution selling.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with excellent presentation abilities.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience selling to senior-level business owners or IT Directors is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability in consultative selling and positioning solutions at an executive level.
- Ability to quickly understand and discuss customer business objectives.
