Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase company revenue. They will also collaborate with other departments to identify business opportunities, track market trends, and analyze customer needs to generate leads. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, or similar role Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, including Social Media, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing Ability to analyze market trends and customer data in order to create effective sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality work and results Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce Experience with budget planning and management Understanding of customer segmentation, product positioning, and competitive analysis Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environments, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
