Job description
Interacting with prospective and existing customers via various channels, Via emails, social media, and direct calls.
Providing necessary information regarding pre–IPO Shares of the individual companies.
Providing the solutions in response to customer demand.
Create and Maintain the customer database.
Communicate with management in accordance with the customer for further action.
Ensure a smooth procedure for the customer from transferring of the opportunity to the Order closer.
