Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves sales and communicating with customers to promote brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in customer support and customer satisfaction
• Sales experience and ability to persuade customers
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Salary Range - 15k-25k
