Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer at Arich Infotech Private Limited in Chennai. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on presentation skills, training and development, life skills, communication, and soft skills to employees and clients. The Soft Skill Trainer will work closely with the HR department to identify training needs and develop content for training modules.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage an audience
• Strong training and development skills, with knowledge of adult learning principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expertise in teaching life skills and soft skills such as leadership, time management, team building, and conflict resolution
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPTM, ATD, or SHRM-CP are a plus
