For more information, please visit, About the Position --AGM-TALENT ACQUISITION We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, based in Delhi-NCR and with a minimum experience of 12 years in Talent acquisition with a reputed company. Responsibilities & Experience Excellent track record and experience in doing non-IT / Sales recruitments. Managing a team of 10 –15 recruiters Vendor Management. Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; sales and non-sales requirements across levels. Providing training to recruiters if required. Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements and analysis with Business Heads. Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost-effective hiring, Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic, online interviews, fundamental analysis, and shortlisting of the candidates Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers Salary fitment, negotiations, and offer roll-outs. Generate MIS and reports as per requirements Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation Exceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Must be based in Delhi- NCR Qualifications Graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality. 12 -14 Years of extensive experience in Mass/Niche/Support and leadership hiring.
