JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE – MIS REPORTING AND AUDIT LOCATION - Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)

If our vibe matches with yours, we'd love to hear from you. KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. MANAGEMENT AND GROUP REPORTING a. Preparing monthly MIS report with analysis for the management b. Preparing monthly financial pack for group level reporting 2. MANAGING INTERNAL AUDIT a. Responsible for end-to-end activities related to internal audit b. Co-ordinating with finance and other business teams for internal audit requirements c. Discussion with internal auditors with respect to their queries and resolving the same d. Ensuring that the findings of internal audit are communicated to relevant teams e. Track corrective actions suggested by the internal audit team and ensure the same are implemented withing agreed timeline 3. SUPPORT IN STATUTORY AUDIT a. Supporting the team in managing statutory audit b. Co-ordinating with relevant teams for audit-related documentation 4. SUPPORT IN FINANCIAL REPORTING AND TAX COMPLIANCE a. Supporting the team in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting b. Supporting the team in finalization of tax audit reports, income tax returns and tax assessments 5. SUPPORTING FINANCE & ACCOUNTS TEAM a. Assisting Finance & Accounts team in group reporting and compliance b. Assisting AR and AP function as and when required c. Assisting in standardization and automation initiatives REQUIREMENTS: Chartered Accountant 0 to 2 years of experience Experience in MIS and financial reporting is preferred Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping Superb time management and detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive Ability to keep company and partner confidences BENEFITS AND PERKS: At JioSaavn, we blur work and play, and you get all the perks of a global company.
