Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join us for our lighting division and drive lighting sales in residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about lighting design and possess a strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell our products and services.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist - Lighting Division. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing sales deals. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with customers to determine their lighting needs and will provide product recommendations to meet those needs. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will meet with architects, interior designers, and other industry stakeholders to cultivate new business opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to lighting and automation Experience in the lighting or home automation industry is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in project management Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in the residential and commercial sectors. Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' lighting requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to develop customized lighting solutions that address clients' specific needs and preferences. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lighting products and services. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track progress towards sales targets and performance objectives.
