We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in social media management, developing engaging content, and reaching out to colleges for talks and podcasts. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and creating compelling content.

Responsibilities :

A. Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
B. Content Writing:
- Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings.
- Stay informed about SEO best practices and implement them in content creation.
C. Outreach:
- Reach out to colleges, entrepreneurs for speaking opportunities and collaborations with our podcasts.
 D. Paid Marketing:
- Knowledge of paid marketing strategies and experience with running paid campaigns would be a plus.
 E. Blog Writing:
- Proficiency in blog writing and ability to generate engaging blog content would be an advantage.

Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
