Job Description:
The Senior QA Engineer primarily owns the End 2 End testing of assigned products/applications and interacts with clients (internal and external) to formalize test strategies and plans. Closely work with QA Lead to provides a structure for managing the project release testing, evaluate test results, and recommend improvements. He / she is the owner of the project activities and timely share the communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing Test strategies, Test Scenarios and test execution for End 2 End solutions testing.
2. Understand the system in-depth and develop test scripts with best coverage.
3. Work with global team members across the time zones to discuss the requirements and identify gaps early.
4. Have an attitude to identify all issues in QA cycle and release the application with high quality.
5. Communicates with confidence to external customers. Track and communicate activities progress and risks to the stakeholders.
6. Analyze and initiate quality processes for continuous improvement.

Primary Skills and Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of strong functional testing experience in quality assurance
2. Experience working as Sr Tester /Lead on large complex enterprise, business critical applications.
3. Strong Functional testing experience to manage all Testing life cycle activities.
4. Expertise knowledge in functional, regression, integration, and system testing skills
5. Should have excellent business domain skills to analyze requirements and identify the gaps.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team (internal and external)
7. Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment with challenging deadlines.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
10. Hands on experience with SQL and database testing.
11. Strong XML / JSON knowledge and experience working REST APIs
12. Having good knowledge on EDI would be added advantage.
