HIRING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER- MORTGAGE IN DELHI/NCR
JOB DESCRIPTION 1- Should have prior experience in NBFC's or DSA
2- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Banking - Mortgages
3- Identify sales opportunities for all mortgage facilities (Home Loan, Home OD, Balance Transfer, Loan Top-up, Loan against residential properties, Loan against commercial properties)
4- Must clearly understand Home Loan and Loan against property as a Product.
5- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis.
6- To service the leads referred by Digital Sales teams & and fulfill the customer requirements.
7- Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counseling, and hand-holding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
8- Own Conveyance is a must for this Role.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good understanding of financial products available in the market
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Relationship Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the financial services industry in India is a plus
