Job Overview

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with customers. They will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the building materials industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
