Job description

Department: Projects & Customer Support
Single point person, responsible for overall project execution planning, expediting, monitoring and taking corrective actions as necessary and Manage Customer Support function

Manage Project Execution ( 5/6 members) and Customer Support (4/5 members) Teams Responsibility

Allocation within team members and monitoring for effective outcome.

A) Project Execution:
- Responsibility for all activities from order receipt to order closure.
- Advance planning of monthly shipment, responsible for target achievement. Conduct internal meetings for project review
- Manage Customer communication Project progress, Contract issues, Clearances etc.
- Manage Internal Communications Sales / Engg / Purchase / Manufacturing etc. for timely project execution.
- Manage Debtors, ensure timely collection of advances and credit payments

B) Customer Support (Bulk Handling Business)
- Responsible for all activities related installation, customer complaints, warrantee claims, AMCs etc
- Customer complaint analysis and corrective actions
- Manage Customer Support as profit center maximum revenue from paid services

C) Customer Relationship Management
Capture customer feedback rating at all contact points, analyze the feedback and initiate necessary corrective actions.
Set Balance Score Card (BSC) initiatives for the department
Employee Satisfaction Initiate and implement various measures for enhancement of employee satisfaction Index in annual surveys
