Job Title :

Practice Lead/ Product Manager - Sport for Change (SFC), Sportz Village Foundation Reporting to:

Head Sportz Village Foundation Location : Bangalore

Key Accountabilities:

Lead/ support GTM strategy for SFC product stack/ programming - with/ through our account management (sales & delivery) and marketing teams - targeting CSR/ philanthropic spend or investments in sports. Use market feedback and research - to advise/ consult internal teams and processes such as Delivery, MEL (Monitoring & Evaluation), Content/ Tools Creation, Data and Marketing. Lead/ support independent consulting/ advisory engagements in validating Theories of Change, Impact Evaluations, Needs Assessments, Capacity Building or any other relevant studies/ research - for CSR led sports interventions/ investments. Build thought-leadership for SFC - by creating and publishing data led insights from our existing programs, joint research and studies with credible partners (clients and third-party), and participating in key industry fora/ events to advocate SFC.

Key Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in product marketing/ management, consulting or business-development in Sports and/ or Development space. High degree of quantitative/ data proficiency - exhibited through past data led research, studies & report writing. Ability to work in a fast-paced/ dynamic environment, and collaborate (influence) cross-functional teams - to meet planned outcomes. Graduate degree - preferably with an advanced or masters level degree in management or development.
