Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Secretary to join our team at rspatelca. As a Personal Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support to the senior executives and assist in managing their day-to-day activities. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and offers full-time employment.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Male Candidate only
- Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in a similar role.
- Proficient in Gujarathi typing.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in liasoning and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred.
- Ability to take minutes and prepare reports accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Manage and organize the executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Maintain a filing system and ensure documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Perform research and compile data as requested.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and managing budgets.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the executives.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
