CSO Support Officer - Energy

Job description
- New markets approach, including, but not limited to, cooling solutions for Data Centers, District Cooling, , Nuclear Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), etc
- Implementation of the CRM Market analysis tool and collection of data from entities to feed it.
- Develop and Maintain relationship with prospective customers. Work in close corordination with CSO for this activity.
- Support in preparation of contracts with agents, as a link between the business and the legal department
- Competitors update, analysis, figures, territories
- Support on KPI implementation per commercial and territory Improvement of Power Bi tools for the activity and Sales team.
- Business Development on new territories, notably South-East Asia, India. Support on obtaining information and data for strategy creation, including main clients, market tendencies, main competitors per region, etc
- New business model support, Cooling as a Service, Long Term Service Agreements
- Follow up of the tools, price data base, formats, etc and analysis of the implementation of the tools among the organization
- Presence in selected exhibitions, as visitor when not present and support when exhibitors
- Implementation of the Digisales sales monitoring tool
- Support on the definition of the Synergy strategy with the rest of Energy team
- Track market, conduct analysis of competitors, collaborate with internal cross-functional team, to improve competitiveness of offerings to customers.
- Provide inputs for presentations on potential new opportunities.
Education Experience
- Bachelors in Engineering from a reputed university.
- 8 - 10 years experience in a project based heavy engineering company with an exposure to Marketing department in Multinational environment. Experience with a proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
